food help

i am addicted to home made black pepper beef with mushrooms. We had this for dinner (and my next day lunch) since last Saturday, 17^th April 2010 (bawak bekal to sg kelah- definitely cant tolerate makanan R&R or what they sell there). Adela skip n cooked beef curry, kurma… but this one wins!.. Oooh, and except for this weekend where it was a dreadful one kat seremban (wah harshnye conclusion…) sbb I seriously cant tolerate masakan nogori and sambal tumis dan the menu was rending ayam (kuning) and tenggiri sambal (both were used to be my fav menu, if not for this MS). Kalau I were to take them, confirm not more than 5 mins, its all purged out. Yucks. And painful.

 

Anyway, back to my black pepper beef with mushroom. Ikan said its not healthy to eat the mushroom a lot.. chemicals bla bla bla… and he really wish that I could stay away from kicap (nak anak putih katanye…eventho he’s the one dgn baik hati tolong cook it for me) but, this is the one lauk I get soo excited eating. And… I am thinking of cooking it again for tonight’s dinner (since ikan has to work late…so, xde la kesian kat die..).

 

Atau.. u guys, tolong bagi resipi2 DAGING kat org yg malang nih. Yg penting kene ada halia, MINUS gulai lemak and sambal merah and yang sewaktu dgnnye.

 

TOLONG. (at least sian kat ikan sbb kalau x, itu je aku akan masak.. hehehehe)
